Win at the Moment of Truth
A great strategy is useless without great execution. And that is precisely where many companies fail. They fail to translate strategy into a coherent set of initiatives, programs and projects. They may not have the governance and leaders to manage a set of programs, or a transformation of some scale. They may lack the resources or commitment to successfully drive projects to completion. And they often fail at transition management: ensuring that new capabilities are adopted and nurtured over time.
The result of all this is frustration and disappointment, a waste of resources along the way, and a loss of confidence in the ability to execute that can frustrate future endeavors for a long time.
With VDH Consulting you can avoid this negative spiral and become successful at executing your strategy. By defining the right priorities and allocating the appropriate resources to those, your projects will deliver the intended benefits. As a result, your organization will be better prepared for the next set of challenges. Experience
Launching Reebok Europe from the Ground Up
As Operations Lead for Reebok Europe at New Guards Group (Milan), I was brought in to stand up the full operational backbone for a new entity, NGGH++, that would carve out Reebok from adidas and relaunch the brand in Europe, and globally as Reebok LTD.
In just 15 months, I:
- Co-designed and implemented the end-to-end operating model for the business
- Developed all processes, and procured the necessary contracts and assets, across Supply Chain Planning & Analytics, Customer Service and Logistics
- Established a new distribution center in the Netherlands, built to scale with future growth
- Implemented MS Dynamics365 (ERP) and recruited and onboarded 30 new team members at NGG HQ in Milan
Result: A fully operational, future-ready European Reebok organization — built from the ground up to deliver at scale.

Building Capacity at Scale for Pon Bike
As Interim Category Manager and Project Director at Pon Bike Group, I was brought in to support the company’s ambitious growth plans in a post-COVID cycling boom. My dual focus: manage outsourcing complexity and help build new in-house capacity.
- Took ownership of commercial relations with three key assembly partners, covering 320,000 bikes in 2022
- Led governance, team formation and project planning for Project Stork: Pon’s strategic initiative to build a new 600K-bike factory in Lithuania
- initiative to build a new 600K-bike factory in Lithuania
Result: Strengthened Pon’s external sourcing strategy while laying the operational foundation for securing long-term assembly capacity and margin improvement.
